Form firing
We specialize in shaped burning of metal sheets using a modern cutting gantry. This process ensures high precision in cutting sheets according to the required shapes and dimensions. We offer CNC burning of sheets in dimensions 3 × 1.5 m and thickness 1-120 mm. Shape firing is ideal for a wide range of industrial applications including engineering, construction and other industries.
Fencing
We bend sheets and profiles with maximum precision on a modern press brake. Thanks to advanced technology, we can handle a wide range of materials and shapes, always with an emphasis on quality and precision according to your requirements. We offer CNC bending with capacity 4 m / 210 t, which allows us to process even large-format and thick materials.
Machining
We carry out precise metal machining using modern CNC machines, which ensure high accuracy and repeatability. We offer a wide range of services in the field of
metalworking – from piecework to serial production.
Division of rod material
We carry out precise CNC cutting of bars with a cross-section of 500 × 350 mm and a length of up to 12 m. We use a band saw that enables efficient and accurate processing of bar material, even for large formats. We pay attention to the high quality of the cut and compliance with the required dimensions.
Sheet metal cutting
We use sheet shears for sheet metal cutting, which enable CNC cutting of sheets up to 3000 mm wide and 0.5-6 mm thick. This technology enables fast and precise cutting of sheet material with minimal waste and deformations. Thanks to modern technologies, we maintain accuracy and meet even the most demanding requirements.
Welding
We perform welding using the MAG (Metal Active Gas) method, which makes it possible to create strong and durable metal joints. Thanks to the active protective atmosphere and additional wire, we achieve high quality welds, which is ideal for the production of metal structures, pipes, containers and other industrial elements. We specialize in the welding of carbon and alloy steels and aluminum alloys, thus ensuring a wide range of applications for various types of projects.
Locksmithing
We offer comprehensive locksmith services from the production of metal structures and stainless steel elements to railings, gates, doors and other industrial products. We pay attention to precise execution, individual approach and implementation of even the most demanding orders.
